Lots of Legs (LOL)!
Joseph Pilates said that our legs start from our core. Therefore if we do a workout that focuses on our legs we should be kicking on our abdominals! This workout is no joke, we are going to be challenged by moving in all directions, challenged by our balance, we are going to target the glutes, hamstrings and our calves. You may not be laughing much during this workout, but a little grin once you are done is a must!!
