Pilates Combo 1
Flow is one of the Pilates Principles that when focussing on your mat practice can start to make the movements that are tied together feel like a dance. This workout will cover a series of mat exercise combinations that will require you to turn off the outside world and focus on you and your movement (it is a great way to nurture the parasympathetic nervous system – our rest and digest state). Although the combined movements will not be super fluid, the more you perform this workout, the more refined those movement combos will become!
