WHY IMPACT 30?

Like you, I love these types of fitness challenges and at my studio in Saskatoon, Canada, we do them quite often as a way to encourage our clients to level up and commit to a higher quality of life.

For 6 weeks you will receive 5 new 30 minute workouts each week! It will be easy for you to find time in your 7 day week to complete the 5 workouts and repeat this for 6 weeks.
