Created by expert Pilates instructor and your Medicine of Mindset Summit host, Jana Danielson, Impact 30 is tailored to women who want to prioritize their health and wellness. Her sessions will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress, all while having fun and connecting with other like-minded women.

Each session has a different focus, but as a group these 30 workouts will provide you what you need to feel and see changes. You will finish your 6 weeks and have a whole new routine for life!

Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll receive:
